- Who Can Attend: All current judges, any judges eligble to level up, or black belts who wish to become a certified judge for the first time.
- Cost: There is no cost for the judges clinic.
Read the Judging certification and advancements section of the rules before requesting to level up.
There will be 25 questions on the judge’s exam. Passing scores: Levels 1 and 2 require a 20, Level 3 requires a 23. We have a new Concussion Protocol exam for all Level 2 and 3 judges with passing scores 8 & 9 out of 10, however all judges should review the materials and take the exam.

Order Judge & Blazer Patches
For Instructors, Trainees, Jr Leaders that have an existing Black Blazer, we have the replacement patch! If you have never had a black blazer and are an instructor (certified, trainee, jr) you may put this patch on any black blazer.

Once patches are purchased, we will give them to your instructor for distribution to you.
- Judges Chevrons go on the Right sleeve
- Junior/Level 1 should be placed 1 3/4” up from the sleeve opening(wrist). The chevron should be centered (horizontally) on the crease in the middle of the top of the sleeve.
- Level 1: This chevron should REPLACE the Junior Judge chevron if present. The chevron should be centered (horizontally) on the crease in the middle of the top of the sleeve.
- Level 2: This chevron should be placed 1/4 inch above the Level 1 chevron. The chevron should be centered (horizontally) on the crease in the middle of the top of the sleeve.
- Level 3: This chevron should be placed 1/4 inch above the Level 2 chevron. The chevron should be centered (horizontally) on the crease in the middle of the top of the sleeve.
