Volunteers Needed
- Crew to load the truck – Wednesday January 24th, 11:30 am.
- Event Set-up Crew – Saturday, January 27th 6:30 am.
- Breakdown will be Saturday immediately after the tournament.
- Crew to unload the truck and put everything back in storage will meet Sunday, January 28th at 11 am.

- 6:30am – Setup
- 7:15am – Black Belt Testing Check-In
- 8am – Black Belt Testing.
- 8-8:30am – Door Registration
- 8:30am – Judges Meeting.
- 8:30-9am – All Competitors Check-In.
- 8:45 – am Line Up
- 9am – Opening Ceremonies and Demo Team. Tournament will begin immediately after the Demo Team.
- Breakdown – will happen immediately after the tournament.

Judges assignments will be provided at the Judges Meeting the morning of the event. If you’ve RSVP’d, you have been assigned. Judges Meeting will start at 8:30am.
