Poomsae Requirements for current rank:
- 4th Dan – Taebeck, Pyeongwon
- 5th Dan – Pyeongwon, SipJin, Jitae
- 6th Dan – SipJin, Jitae, Cheonkwon
- 7th Dan – Jitae, Cheonkwon, Hansoo
- 8th Dan – Cheonkwon, Hansoo, Illyo
Ho Sin Sul Requirements:
5 x Designated attack Ho Sin Sul from these 5 attacks
- Hand grab
- Chest grab or neck choke
- Grab from behind (shoulder or around neck or bear hug)
- Punch
- Kick
Sparring Requirements:
- 1 Round
Board Break Requirements:
- 2 stations (1 hand and 1 foot) of your choice
