Spectator Tickets
Spectator tickets for each event is $15 online, and will increase to $20 at the door. An all weekend spectator bundle is available for $50, online only, and will get you into all events. Kids 4 and under do not need a ticket. **Reminder, Testers and Competitors do not need a ticket to their own events. Thursday, October 16th

- 10am: Set Up Volunteer Here
- 5pm: All Ushers/Conductors/Testing Staff/Board Holders Check In
- 5pm: All testing Judges Panel Check In
- 5pm: Testers Report to Staging (DO NOT BE LATE)
- 5:30pm: All Grandmasters, Masters, and School Owners Check In
- 6pm: Testing Opening Ceremony

- 4pm: All Awards Staff Check In
- 5pm: Black Belt Testers Check In for Belt Ceremony
- 5:30pm: All Grandmasters, Masters, and School Owners Check In
- 6pm: Black Belt Ceremony Begins
- 9pm’ish (after BB Ceremony) After Party – Bennetts (1595 Eureka Rd, Roseville)
Sunday, October 19th
(9am clean up at Capital Sports Complex, 11am unloading and all seminars will be held at THE STUDIO – 8200 Sierra College Blvd, Ste D Roseville)
- 9am: Clean-Up at Capital Sports Complex
- 11am: Truck unloading at THE STUDIO
