Friday, March 14th

- 6-7:30pm: Seminar – Foundational Poomsae Seminar. Also available on Zoom, link will be emailed to registrants prior to their session. Register Here
- 8-9pm: Set-up event at Folsom Middle School (500 Blue Ravine Rd., Folsom, CA)

- 8-9am: Door Registration & Competitor Check-In
- 8:45am: Judges Check-In
- 9 am: Line Up, Opening Ceremonies, Demo Team
- 9:30am: Tournament Begins Register Here
- 4:30ish: Clean up the tournament and load truck.
- 6pm’ish: Unload truck @ STUDIO.
- 7:30pm: After Party Dinner and Karaoke @ THE VINE in old Folsom.

This workshop covers technical aspects of blocking, striking, kicking and stance transition in Poomsae. You’ll also learn about flow, timing and breath work related to Poomsae.
