Application and uploads due by 6/21/2024
When uploading the required documents, please make sure each document is labeled with the testers name, school name and document name. For example “John Smith, Folsom TKD, photo”
Tournament Registration
$85 – Early registration ends 6/15
$95 – Regular registration ends 7/25
$105 – Door registration
$10 – Each additional event
$150 – Demo Team Registrations – each team member must also register as an individual competitor

All registrations are non-refundable, however participants can request a courtesy transfer of funds to a future tournament if the request is made no later than 1 week after the tournament date. To initiate a transfer of registration, please send an email to admin@mdtkd.org.
